Pigeon Forge TN Meet?

novot, the meet i'm talking about is just a local cruise in it's not the meet in pigeon forge. the cruise in is every saturday night at the old k-mart building on clinton hwy. i'm just trying to get some people together. the pigeon forge meet is sometime next month, i believe around the 13th. but i hope you can make it to the cruise in. we usually get there around 6:30 or so, but that might change.

Ive got the Red Kevlar hood available for the 3rd Gens. Fiber Images makes them. I think they are around 800.00 shipped.

remember tho you get what you pay for, fiber images is the top quality in carbon fiber hood, and thats who i'll be dealing with or vis...

i'm not saying that i'll buy something cheap. i am a lisence dealer. i was just looking for an wholesaler or manufacturer to deal with and maybe become a dealership for them.

You cant get a Fiber Images hood or even close to the quality even at wholesale for 200.00 or anywhere near that. Even at wholesale you arent looking at less than 700.00 for that hood. You probably arent even looking at as low as 700.00 for that hood.

i didn't say i could get it for $200. i said probably $200 less than $800 and i'm not necessarily looking for fiber images hoods. i'm still looking and talking to some wholesalers. from there info there not selling c/f hoods for proteges to fast. so basically i'm waiting to see if they will shoot me a descent price. i'm just fishing for info right now. so i thank you, not to jump down my throat.

i'm not trying to step on any toes or anything. i'm trying to find info and products to strenghten my buisness.

Sorry, that is different. But you did come on asking about Kevlar hoods & didnt say anything about being wholesale. So saying you can get something for 200.00 less than retail is sorta pointless. And you are right, if you are wholesale you can probably get it for 200.00 less. Then add 100.00 freight onto it. Protege stuff sells pretty quickly from all of my distributors word. Wings West said the protege Evo hood was their biggest presell. Now, I can work up some wholesale pricing for you on the Wings West CF hoods. But, lets end this public discussion seeing as how it has nothing to do with the Pigeon Forge meet. And if you are at the Pigeon Forge meet, you can see my Fiber Images hood (not Kevlar weave though) Theres, its back to the Pigeon Forge topic

If you want to continue the Hood discussion, then IM me. And sorry for misreading about the hood. I didnt see how any sane person could actually think they could get a Kevlar hood for 200.00!!! Shoot, that barely covers the freight

Well what does everyone want to do at the meet? I would highly recommend not meeting in Pigeon Forge, but maybe some place a little better. Pigeon Forge is not all it is cracked up to be. We will definately have to hit Clinton Highway. If not I will not be there, seeing that there are few Clinton Highway meets left and I want to attend them all. If we got to Clinton Highway around 6:00 or maybe a little earlier, I would think we could park all together. If you wanted we could go out to eat later that night. Any suggestions are welcome as I want this meet to be alot of fun.

Mikem I was at the dealership on the 1st. I forgot the parts department was closed though. We weren't in my car, but in my friends blue kitted Grand Am. I am stopping by on Friday though around 3 or so.

If we are going to do this, let's get somewhat organized. Where are we going to meet. What time are we going to do this. I've already talked to a few people planning on going, but showed lack of interest because of lack of organization. We will most likely bring an rx-8 to the show for s**** and giggles, so let's set a location and time.

not trying to piss anyone off, but it looks to be a bust.
