Pictures of MAM Thumper kit...!

few more pics from today. got the dp mounted up and wastegate, placed the PWR radiator in, placed the sweet ass 12' spal fan on the radiator and then didnt ge tto much else. As you can see it was raining most of the day and i only got a little done today.

All that is left is to do the timing and connect some electrical connectors and wire the wideband 02 sensor in the dp and thats about it.

Im hoping for a start tomorrow or wednesday.

rain rain go away so thumper can be on tommorow hope-fell-ay
(poor attempt at making that rhyme :) looks sick!)

yeah, with this kit he should easily see those numbers or higher, it all depends now on his tuning ability

he may be one of the first to actually destroy an entire tranny(not just the diff)...thats after he breaks and replaces everything before the trany(lol2)

I am hoping for around 350-375 whp at about 18-19 psi. I really wont know what is capable though tuntil the kit is on and i get a decent map tuned up. I think i will have a pretty good estimate of the power once it is running because i have my old kit to kinda gauge from.

I am looking for about 12-13 psi daily which should be good for about 260-280 whp or more depending on the tune.

Badassness is this kit.

no jinxing please......

i dont want to push it THAT hard yet... maybe ill let duane or ryan test that out lol....

i will be more then happy with 300 whp :)
(wow)

lol, I'm going to be some wicked peg-leg burnouts at first... I sure as hell dont wanna break a tranny... but we'll see ;)

I mean no disrespect, but shouldn't the kit come larger diameter exhaust? I mean 2.5" piping for 350hp seems restricting.

its been covered... and Beau is addressing it now, but the current problem lies in the fact that a 2.5" pipe already almost overwhelms the 4 bolt flange on the turbine outlet. Anything larger would cover the bolts.

Beau is going to try a V-band clamp > 3" downpipe.

but that is the explaination

beau is in the works with a 3" diameter downpipe and midpipe.

I probably wont even be making that power for a while till i get my maps right anyways...

s*** Bryan, if I would have known you needed a garage, I would have let you use mine. Mine has been unused for the past few days because my car is currently not running in a parking spot in front of my apartment.
