Will they do something about it, depends on how anal they are. One guy I work with, will write the ticket in no time for it. Most cops, don't really care.

The pictures in Canada, they are not standard there. They are standard in the US.

The headlights with black housing only look good with certain colors. For example, the 2003 Acura CL and CL Type-S now come with the same type of headlights. With a black car, the "smoked" look definitely works. It kinda gives it a "stealth" fighter look. I think Neutral colors look great with the Blacked-out headlights. Black, Silver, and white would look great. But I wouldn't suggest it for Yellow, Blue, Red, etc. Maybe if you also get it along with Black rims, that might change...
