I'm just curious why you're not sporting it...
doesn't really go with anything else on the car; the fitment isn't 100%, just needs a little bending; it kinda flaps a bit at highway speeds.

If I can get the paint off w/o damaging the clearcoat, I'd probably get some low profile hood pins and run it.

Those gauges are sick! Mind if i steal your idea and use them in mine? Ill tell all my friends they are the rogue gauges!
i got the idea from xelderx. he's the one that did the How-To write up.

Some new gauges went in for a test fit. They're not wired up yet...

1st pic - from the driver's seat
2nd pic - main gauges from the driver's seat

The gauges and Defi Blue Racer (Oil Pressure, EGT, Boost). I had to take the outer rings off so they'd fing the gauge holder, but it ended up making them match the DaveB rings I have. (2thumbs) They'll light up blue, but that's ok because my Alpine unit lights up blue, too. My AEM wideband will be going in the hole on the main gauge cluster bezel.

THe STi knob is gonna match better with the steering wheel, and i prefer it over the MOMO. But the MOMO would match the whole car much better. I still say go with the STi knob.

only one way to find out if it will thread on.... buy it!

....or if you know someone with an sti. maybe try searching sti forums for that thread pitch?

I think the black powdercoated greddy counterweighted knob that Avarela86 is selling would be perfect. it's an awesome shift knob too!

so, the turbo is on and running strong. I also got Kansei's shift/e-brake boot (blac w/ red stitching). Looks so hawt! I'll try to get some pictures.

take a vid of the car like running down the street or something? i want to hear the turbo and exhaust from a bystanders point of view

video never does the vibrant exhaust justice, it still sounds good, but there is something about it in person that is a bit deeper, more growling if that makes sense.

I have been trying to get all the guys around here to do a driveby vid with me so we can get a good compulation of exhaust sounds. I have the vibrant with cat removed and electronic cutout, Luke has the vibrant that has been shortened to fit the P5-T, korey has a catless midpipe that runs to a homemade side exit, Ron has the HKS titanium I think with Apex catless mid, couple other set ups here as well.
