I was thinking of painting my stock rims a dark gunmetal or black, which I think would like good on my yellow p5.

Does anyone have any pics of a yellow p5 with painted stock rims?? Thanks!

P.S. I already did a search, and didnt see any painted rims on a yellow 5.

Specifically what kind of paint did you use ? Was it something specifically for wheels ? Does it matter all that much what kind of paint you use ? I think I might try it to my stock polished wheels, since the polish job now looks like total s*** after 1 winter. All tarnished and whatnot in some spots............

That looks really good! I have a yellow P5 as well and I've been thinking about getting gunmetal wheels or black ones with a chrome lip.. I never thought about painting them.. nice work..
