pics: got my spacers!

Do you need to get an alignment after installing them?? will it throw it off?

Looks real good...

I can't wait to see more pictures. Does somebody know where we could get some kind of spacers like these in the US for the P5?

dammit i stopped bidding on the spacers hawaiiannights had because people were telling me they wouldnt work on an MSP

somebody tricked me!!

I want those so bad, I'm just afraid of chipping the side of the car over time cause the tires stick out further.
And what's the deal with it being bad for the axle? Is there any truth to that. I'll ask the mechanics at my work tomorrow to see what they say.

Wow that looks mean, I have wanted my wheels to look like that. Why bigger in the front and smaller in the rear?

Matt

wow so much ques! haha, well thnx for the compliments.

k -for handling, i'm guessing because since it's wider track the car is more stable, thats why all race cars are wide body.

-yes spacers make the wheels stick out more.

- dunno about the weakening axles, but i hope not!

- yea, u'll need alignment

Emode- yea man i was abit worried, i read the thread about tht after i bought it, i crossed my fingers when i was installing them, and lucky for me it worked perfect!

- the front is bigger cuz the offset is higher in the front

I heard about spacers being bad also but I don't remember exactly why.
prolly coz they create a new balace point which is not good for da axle

here are the pics, but the more i look at it, the more i think it looks abit odd (like it's raised, i think it's the thickness of the tires). Do you guys think so?

On the 2nd pic it looks like there's more wheel/fender gap on the rear than in the front. Other than that it looks great.

Hey thats my pics!! Hahah.... don't you love those spacers!! They are soooo sweeet! So you picked up a set of the "Kics Project" spacers in Japan too huh? I would still use them but didn't need them anymore because of my new wheels offset made them not needed. This is definately the Mod to get if your running stocks!!

There was a website I found on google not too long ago somewhere in the west coast that was selling them so a pretty good price....I can't find the link anymore though.... oh well

dude scratch out your plates man...alot of weirdos (screwy)here...heh some may even plot on you and send something to the police station near you claiming some b.s(rofl2)

for those worried about spacers being bad.

there's nothing wrong with them. Its like buying a wheel with less backspacing.
the only bad thing is to make sure that they are torqued correctly to the studs.
Also if your rims are hubcentric you may want spacer that are too but its not a
big issue. most aftermarket rims aren't hubcentric either.

Offroaders use spacers all the time to fit our huge tires. The only worries about
the axles are from putting on much heavier tire/rim combos.
