So, at one point I got a solicitation call that I ignored. Then, my wife calls me and her caller ID shows her picture, her number, but the name of that solicitor! So, I go into my phone and edit her contact to correct it and, perhaps coincidence, all of my favorite contacts are gone in the car but not my phone.
Then... I scroll through the car contacts and lo and behold my wife is not among my contacts... oh wait... neither is my daughter. So, I say, "I know, I will add a favorite and choose to add from recent calls" (on the car). That option is not there... But she is in call history.
Frustrated, I factory reset my contacts. No change. I then go nuclear and factory reset the entire infotainment setup and re-pair bluetooth and import.
Both my wife and my daughter are still not importing.
I'm going to delete the phone contacts for both and re-create and factory reset again, etc... and see what happens.
Anyone else experiencing disappeared contacts and favorites? For me, basically the entire phone favorites tab in the infotainment stopped working.
