PG Single Runner Intake Manifold

Single runner intake only benefits a turbo'd car. The point of the dual runner intake on NA is to keep torque up thru the powerband by routing air thru a shorter route for low rpm and longer route for higher rpm. That's what the VICS does and why you need it but VTCS is just for cold start emmissions and can be removed for quieter motor and a little better flow. VICS needs screws on butterflies red loctited so they don't come off and get sucked thru motor.
 
they actually work well on NA cars as well. It shifts the power band around a little but you dont get the restriction of all the butterflys. Plus you dont have to screw with removing the stuff yourself. The NA car will also see 1-4 peak whp depending on supporting mods.

But to answer the other question yes this is just a 00-01 626 manifold non cali emissions version
