You can eithor clamp the peice down to be drilled by hand, or do what I did & clamp some vice grips onto it, hold it down with your foot & drill away. You can also use a Drill press if you have access to one, but its easy to do it with a hand held drill.

Once done it should compare to the un-drilled peice like so...

Step #2
Attach it to the un-drilled peice making sure the Un-drilled peice screws On Top of the drilled peice & making sure there is a gasket on.

It should look like so...

Step #3
Unclip the o2 sensor clip & Disconect the o2 sensor (2nd o2 sensor for removal of Cat 1 with headers install) from the car using the adjustable wrench.

IMPORTAND to unclip the o2 sensor first so that you can spin the wires while you unscrew it to insure you dont over twist the wires.

Step #4
Screw the o2 sensor into the non-foulers making sure you have a gasket on using eithor 2 adjustable wrenches or 1 adj wrench and vice grips. It should look like so...

Step #5
Reconect the o2 sensor to the car and plug it back in. It should look like so...

Step #6
Reconect the negative battery cable, while we did the install the ECU was reset from us disconecting the negative battery terminal in Step #1.

YOUR DONE!!!!

oh ok i c.... but hold on a minute that connects to the header, and i alrdy have a header (OBX) that removed 1st cat and no cel was thrown, so i can't c how that works ...unless if that 2nd o2 sensor connects after the 2nd cat and not b4 it .. than i would understand but this is kinda unknown to me\
srry if that sounds stupid but i'm just tryin to learn.

yeah i've had it on for like 6-7k miles and the light never turned on... cool now i feel better,, really want that MAM catless midpipe..

The first O2 sensor is the one that regulates the Air Fuel mixture, the 2nd O2 sensor tells the car if the CATS are working correctly by the amount of air/fuel/burn gases after they have gone through the cats. Are you following me here? The 2nd O2 will toss a CEL if you remove the cats because it knows that ratio of gas isn't right and bada bing, Check Engine Light. By putting the non-foulers in there your tricking the O2 by not letting that much gas get to the sensor so it thinks the CATs are still there and working. I hope that helps to shed some light on the subject.

yeah it does, thx ... but just wonderin wer is the second o2 located?? reason why i'm askin is that sum people ask me how come i got both o2 on my header,,, so yeah (uhm) on the stock one 1st o2 was before the 1st cat and 2nd o2 was beneath the cat,, so to me makes perfect sence that the aftermarket header would have same setup
