Passenger Motor Mount question

so i was under the hood again today cleaning and i noticed the passenger side motor mount looked strange.......... so i took some pictures. what caught my eye was the zip ties, then i noticed it had an orange insert instead of a black one like all the other stock motor mounts. take a look at the pictures, is this stock? whats up with the zip ties? should i replace? im leaning towards heck yeah.

those are AWR inserts. held in place by zipties. thats the way its supposed to be

so than its ok as is?
just seems kinda cheesy. especially since one side is kinda squished out.
