Parking near other protege5

I live in upstate new york and I don't see that many protege5. But I work at a supermarket and I love to park near older models and watch on the security cam their reactions. Most people look at my car and then look at their for a good 10 minutes. One guy asked me how I shaved the roof. I told him mine was a 2003 and he said he has to get the new one. Any other good stories

I noticed there were 2 other P5's in my company's parking lot before i bought mine, and a few months later, 2 other people bought P5s. So now we are 5. The funniest part is that there aren't 2 of the same color =) And we're always parked in the same corner and it feels good to see people stop by to have a look at our 5 protege5 hehe

there was another p5 in my complex. then he moved. so now it's just me. he was older... worked at cox cable, made a grip of money... and wanted a commuter. so he bought the p5. i lowered mine, got tint, got intake and exhaust... and he kept his stock. it was nice to see how much of a difference the mild mods made on the car compared to stock.

yea i go to collage and in the parking lot i saw a red p5 backed in so i parked next to it a (baked it in) aww looked sexy lol. and i follow any p5 if they dont speed well then i dont follow LMAO

Lucky people,

P5s are everywhere in Montreal. It's just impossible to get on the streets and not see a p5. But, I think I've only seen 3 or 4 p5s with mods (exterior).

A buddy of mine just came back from vacation in Montreal. He took alot of video of galavanting around the city. I couldnt believe how many P5's I saw in the tape. Ha, he said it seemed like everywhere he looked, bang, P5.

Parked at Starbucks for my usual morning coffee run before work, mid-40 couple driving a BMW 745iL parked next to me, the men said "see honey, that's the car I said I'm getting for Christine." they asked, "I like that car how much you paid."

"16,500" I said, the man shocked from disbelieve "Honey I got ripped off, I paid $33...."

Then I said... "Sir, I think you bought a Lexus, this is a Mazda..."

"Wait... isn't this the IS300 Sportcross..." to which the woman looked at him and said "that's a Mazda.." Man walked away in embrassment...

Another time I'm enjoying a cup of ice-cream with my gf, old man in his late 50s approached... "That's a very nice looking car, I like it very much... is it fast?"

To which I replied "What kind of vehicle do you own right now, sir?"

He said "A Mustang Cobra..."

"Sir this car is too slow for you..."

He then said "oh.... what the hell, I'll buy one anyway..."

I moved into my apartment and then like 6 months later someone else there got a 5. It's a stock 5, so mine is still hotter.

lots of p5's around ehre but not many red ones. i love the look of the red taillights blending in the withe red paint and the contrasting rims and headlights. when i put clear side markers on it it'll be sweet... i just dunno what color rims to get since i think silver looks cheap and chrome looks trashy

You gotta get black. Black rims are so hot on a red 5. Almost as hot as on a white 5. But then I'm a little biased.

hmm not a bad idea... i would have to paint the front lights but thats easy... it would probably look pretty badass
