parking brake warning light

my parking brake turns on every time i brake. my rear pads are close to death, but is that the reason for the light?

Ditto..and its not that its low ,but the pads are low and have drawn the excess fluid from the resevoir into the lines for use...now the sensor sees a low condition and triggers the light..Replace the worn ,pads and check the fluid as neccessary.

i have some ebc yellow brake pads comming in on monday. review to come
