Purchased the G2 Brake Caliper Paint System off eBay for $38. I've painted two other sets of calipers with it, and it's by far the best paint I've used. Rattle cans look fine, but have flaked and chipped over time on me. G2 offers a guarantee against chipping and/or flaking. If it does, show them your proof of purchase and they'll send you a new kit for free. Pretty good IMO
It took me 3 hours from start to finish (jacking up car, taking off wheels, spraying brake cleaner, letting the paint mix properly, and applying two coats on each caliper). It's best to apply one coat, and then move on to the next caliper. By the time you apply one coat on each caliper, then you can go back around and do the second coat. I then let it dry for an additional 2 hours afterwards. With the weather being hot and muggy, the paint hardens/cures faster. They recommend applying the paint in a certain temperature range as to avoid the accelerated curing process. I didn't want to wait for cooler weather so I had to work briskly. In cooler weather, you may be able to apply a third coat. The brush and paint started to harden so it wasn't worth messing with it any more. I used the leftover paint on my rims as they had some chips and rash marks. Turned out really good. Since it's an epoxy paint, I feel it'll hold up on the rims quite well.
Shout if you've got any questions. Now on to the pics:
