Paint Protection Clear Door Edge Guards- will they fit a 2012 CX-9?

Mazda has a set of 'Paint Protection Door Edge" guards as an Accessory for the 2013 CX-9 for $54.95- LINK

I would love to have a set of these CLEAR guards for my 2012 CX-9 GT, I wonder if they fit? Did the doors change significantly between the 2012 and 2013 models?

Any info would be appreciated!
