Pablo's 2004 MSM Build

"It's your car, dude.". I'm sure you can find a cheap sedan car cover for it. And no one will mess with it, it already looks like it's been stripped of parts. ;)

Update:

the Hydra O2 sensor is waiting to be installed, have an appointment on April 5th to have the car tuned by Oracle Tuning in PA. Ken tuned Shawn's car and has good rep, it'll be a 6 hour trip so most likely I'll be sleeping most of that Sunday since I'll be heading out there after work. Shooting for a couple of hours on the dyno, maybe some fine tuning on the street.

Ordered tires:

Direzza ZII
215/45/17

so the list is

- tune (April 5)
- passenger seat and harness (soon)
- catback
- 3.63 rear end

Scheduled for Mid Ohio May 3, 4, and 5. Trip to LRP May 23-24 and a wedding in NJ May 25-28. We'll see if I need tires again next year...

Curios to see how she performs @ Mid-Ohio....should be fun, since Evan #1 is coming out for the whole weekend!

You should be able to blow my time away I would think.

Gotcha. I dunno, I'd rather run something closer to the right size. Not that I have room to talk as my Conti's are a little less than that height.

I thought about 215/40, but given the bad road conditions and loads they will see, I don't feel very comfortable having that size

Yeah, you're right. A correct speedometer and odometer is overrated.

Fun fact, your speedometer is likely closer to right than the factory size of 205/40-17

I has toys, won't put them on till the she comes out of hibernation. I'll just put them next to the other 9 tires in the living room...

I just read through 45 pages of this build. So worth it! Car is looking good and it gave me lots of ideas of what to do with mine. Thanks!

Car is running great, and so far the new tires are pretty good. Did a bunch of updates to the ECU and its running better, can't wait for the tune. Turbo lag is pretty much gone, has a very smooth pull all the way to redline.

Found an FM catback on the forums, waiting to hear back from the guy to see if I can negotiate a price and get it done before the tune so I don't have to do it twice.
