Pablo's 2004 MSM Build

I see what you did there. And I know you love that movie. Blue wouldn't have been my first choice because I find it to be hard on mine eyes at night, but it looks cool.

And I'm still the ricer?

Are we still on for bleeding your brakes again tomorrow?

SS lines are here

sigh... ok, installing the lines was pretty easy, took under 1 hour. We bled the brakes then, got some bubbles and went for a drive. Felt a little better but still off, triggered the abs a few times and drove back to bleed again. A few more bubbles, went for a drive and it feels better but still not quite right. On the way back home, the road was a bit wet so I pulled to the shoulder and did a hard stop from 75, stops good but compared to Wills car not as good. Hopefully that triggered the abs enough to get more fluid through it. I'll have to find time and help to bleed them couple more times.

Also, it's still pulling to the right under hard braking... the left caliper(s) might need to be replaced... I need my second autox so I can sign up for Mazdaspeed Motorsports

Sign up for the Toledo Auto-x @the Chrysler plant check the NWOR web site. I signed up but am going to wait till saturday to make the call if i am going.

You can sign up for Mazda Motorsports before you have your results (I did). In the meantime if you need something let me know.

I can't this weekend with my sisters graduation the following weekend, and the passport renewal. Next one for me is May 20 with NORA. I'll look into signing up when I get home today, now that I think about it I was told I could sign up with a "building" status and not provide times

Yes you can sign up with a build completion date but you would have to wait a while for approval. If you need a Miata caliper just get it from WillD for now.

Yeah I waited a month before I finally called them about it and they approved it while I was on the phone. I bet if you called them after you signed up it would go a lot faster.

Well, after doing some research I think it'll be a better idea to rebuild all the calipers. I don't feel comfortable having only 1 (or 2) new calipers and leaving the others as they are, or taking a chance with a used caliper that might need to be rebuilt anyway. There are a couple of videos that show the process, fronts are fairly easy, the only pain is the spring for the parking brake in the rear. I won't bleed them again till this is done, after I come back from Tampa.

Maybe something is leaking in the brake booster? But I'm no expert by any means...

Remember I have an extra set of pads, calipers, rotors, etc. from my 91 if you want to swap it all out and see how it works with that stuff.
