I'm guessing they added in that last part just to guard themselves from being liable in case someone actually did get into trouble for using them.

Yeah, they are just covering their butts with that last statement. But there is no way that anyone will get into trouble for using them. How would they find out?

well if the xtra visions are the same i think it'd be cheaper cuz isnt there a price diff.?
