Hey, just replaced head gasket, H2O pump, radiator, timing belt, other gaskets... and now it starts fine but after warming up it idles ruff and stalls out.
CLeaned the EGR valve and read/searched all over.

Where do I start?

It will idle fine until the temp gauge starts to move up a little, about two or three minutes. I can smell a little hot plastic after it runs for a minute or so. I thought the smell may just be from the head gasket change (gasket sealant or something burning off...)

Could it be the timing if it runs smooth to begin with?

Is this the right coil pack??

Yeah man thats the one, i would also change your spark plugs & wires too

Try a new EGR valve anyway (see if you can get it from a store w/ a good return policy), I couldn't clean one of mine to bring it back to life. After you cleaned it, did it easily move inside? Did you clean the pipe that goes to the EGR valve? It's often blocked with soot.
