P5 Grill Besides Ebay?

Hey guys I am after a new grill for the 2002 P5 cars red and not 100% sure where to look or what to really get... I've looked on ebay and are there anymore places besides ebay and http://www.dgmotorsports.com which sell Carbon Fiber Grills? Also live in Canada so friendly and cheap service is a A+

Sorry but nope. Its either DG or Ebay for the carbon fiber grilles unless you custome make one yourself.

There's a fiberglass 6 sport looking one that I'll be doing soon since it'll be painting temps that looks like this.........http://www.msprotege.com/members/i12drivemyMP5/GRILL_2.JPG I have them emblem & air diverter plate that will be done with it too. Edit - the camera date is incorrecto.

^^^ Thats cool. It doesn't seem to fit right on the left and right side though, there is a bit of a gap. I am thinking about getting the carbon fiber one that ebay sells but most fiberglass grills that I have seen installed from ebay have those gaps on the side so I am a bit weary.

Has anyone bought the carbon fiber one from ebay??

autoexe makes a grill.. its not carbon fiber tho.. good luck i remember how hard it was to find parts for these cars

Dude, it's just posed up in front of the stocker. The hood isn't closed. That is not the installed pic, it isn't even painted & doesn't have the chrome emblem on it yet & there's a piece of plastic chrome trim there on the bottom that I'm not going to be using that makes it look even more off. Some sort of mesh will be going behind it too. i have the ebay grill, it didn't fit in my wing west kit, but it fits really good in my mp3 bumper and it was only like $80. i will try to get up pics soon.

Well, it's just a matter of time now. I have the grill, emblem, paint from paintscratch.com with clear coat, diverter plate, temps suitable for painting & priority on my mods to do list. Just need mesh of some sort to keep radiator safe & something to mount it with & the time to actually do it. Planning on mounting the grill to the diverter plate as one unit for support since the grill doesn't have same mounting points as oem other than the 2 on top on either end by the headlights. Oh, I guess I'll have to find a couple of stanless flathead type bolts to complete mounting it to the diverter plate but should be no big deal. Will post up pics afterwards.

From your sig pic, it looks like your wings west kit is the one for the LX/DX/ES, not the MP3/MSP/Protege5 like that grille is.

If your asking if it will fit a protege/protege 5, not even close. Way different. A mazda 3 grille will only fit a Mazda 3.

now this ebay grill.....how does it mount? do you HAVE to buy a diverter plate? i plan on it later on, but i'd like to get the grill now. i dont want to spend 150+ for a grill that i'm going to have to spend 50+ to paint. i think the ebay one looks decent considering most of the grills out there have fitment issues anyways.

u have to make your own holes in the grill. i can get better pic later.

Azeli73 so far has had the best looking mesh in his upper grille. He took a lower grille and cut it to fit into his DG grille. Perfect match with upper & lower grilles.
