Well its good to see you over here too man, i've been checking in on mx6.com, but not as frequent of a poster as I am on here lately. This website just has a lot more going on and it's fun chatting with a wider range of Mazda folk - but I do really enjoy MX6.com because it's nice to conversate with people that go through the same BS I go through with my ride!

He was upset with the wheel gap after seeing my car so he decided to cut the springs. Like a good friend I warned him of the dangers and then proceeded to help him.

Cutting springs are ok, just its not good when you take about half of the spring off. This was mine after cutting the spring, went a little to far, looks good, but the spring would pop. I bought some Dropzone Spring, but the front needs to come down a little more.

Bigger wheels would do wonders. 16's are great, good 17's are better, some 18's are overkill.

Nice even drop, well done on the cutting springs, and DZ's

^Thinking of going back to the PGT rims. Going to cut the DZ springs, half a coil or one, just to bring the spring rate up a little and a better drop. Spring are not that pricey, so if I mess them up I'll just buy another set.

these two mx-6 inspired me to get the full MS kit fot my car lip, sides, and wing. i cant wait to receive them from the UK sometime soon along with my 2005 MAZDA 6 front brakes, CF hood, cross drilled rotors all around, and my gunmetal Motegi Racing SP5 17" wheels.
