looks good man, im considering doing something similar with blacked-out fiberglass covers. i have to finish sanding the patterns before that happens though, and sanding for 6 hours at a time gets pretty dull.

Looks good!! I really like that. I was considering doing that but I'd probably get a ticket for that around here.

What are those wheels?

Looks good! I used to have yellow film on my headlights for awhile. Was fun but got old after a couple years. try Lamin-x for tails. I think they have them there but could be wrong. Thats where I got my headlight covers from.

I love that look. I did the same thing to all my lights on my MS3. Try looking up oracal 8500 dark grey. It's a big roll so you can wrap it around anything. If you want some pics I'll post them up for you.

to me it looks ok but I'd do either the eyelids or the tint, not both

I would love to do tinted heads and tails but I also want to do a projector conversion and paint the insert Orange. If I tint the headlights you won't see the painted inserts

I guess I'm alone on this .. but I don't like it. I always thought that the MSP's headlights were rather nicely designed, and now you can't see them. And that tint has to effect light output at night, and that's not be something I'd be willing to sacrifice.

You should be able to get your tails tinted at any reputable tint shop, though BlueBatmobile does make some nice overlays for the Protege tails.

ill post more pictures this weekend when i put on my splitters... may help somes decisions :D

Can't say I'm a fan of tinted headlights and taillights in general, doesn't really seem safe to me.

Besides, our proteges have weak reflectors in the headlights, this just makes them worse than they already are...

I like them!!!(rockon) I thought of doing the eye lids too ... now I think the lights look better tinted w/o the lids though.

well i cant lose the lids now, cus part of the double tape is on the corners of the tint... and on the top i didnt tint all the way up so i could have a good "sticky" for the lids... :D

oh well
