Orlando/Winterpalooza Tampa Caravan Info

apparently, some people are planning on actually arriving at the meet at 11 AM? FYI, Most shows start judging at 10 am, and we plan to start the meet at 9 am, and letting people vote.
Late arrivals were a problem with summerpalooza. We had so many late-comers, we did not get detailed judging done before it began to rain, and had to scramble to judge after. We all know that ended up like a turd in a punchbowl.
What we can do, is just modify the people's judging then. We need a while to tally the votes, and if people roll in for lunch, not much time. Perhaps people can vote for the top 3 cars they like and we can go from there, and we can cut off new entries at a certain time, too, so attendees can have a decent chance to look at all the cars.

yo if u and redd78 are doing an early caravan....you really should not put both of them in one thread...it is getting people confused....ie SU forums...

Its not all about the show anyways guys, and im sure showing up an hour later just so you guys get alittle more rest is very understandable, anyone who wants to make it there early and not have to leave so early is welcome to stay at my place the night before, they are planning things in Orlando for Friday night anyways.
josh who cares? im going to leave it, its not going to take you an hour to get to orlando from tampa. 1030 the earliest. so if someone wants to come earlier so we get there earlier which it doesnt really matter to that much, then they can come out to the early caravan. to get there at 11ish just seems to late to me, when it ends at 4. hey its up to you when you want to get there. you and i had planned it for an early caravan when we planned it, so i dont see why you wouldnt want to leave early aswell?

Looks like I will be joining the 9am caravan. When I saw the location I had to go, used to live in Sanford and miss it alot.
