Sweet :D I can't wait to get it in. I went with the black/black version.

I also picked up some Royal Blue to put in when I hook up the new shifter. I ought to have some work for myself later on this week. That probably means I should finish up my current projects, hehehe

Hopefully in two weeks I'll be ordering my Rota Slipstreams and Potenzas/Azenis (can't decide yet). I spectated an autocross event over the weekend and am eager to participate!

nice buy, was gonna go wit KB ss as well, but it's a bit too low for my liking...

Enjoy!

Cool, that's my setup. It's an easy install. Snap ring was the only difficult part. Because I did not have the pliers, I used 2 small allen wrenches in the holes and sgueezed them with regular pliers.

Nice, thanks for the tip. Man that little guy looks like a baby compared to the stocker :D That is good though, no more punching my big gulps when shifting to third :)

The the exact setup i went with... TWM ss w/ KB bushings, and MOMO knob... PRO!

Your pictures made me realize I need a new shift boot too :D Where can I get a good one?

I also picked up some misc stuff this afternoon for speaker projects and some Megiuars wax for when it gets a little warmer :) Gonna give my baby her first wax!

shaundarbie makes boots that'll fit short shifters. here's mine with the kartboy ss

How much of a difference does the kartboy bushings make with the TWM shifter? For you guys with the kartboy shifter, how do you like it? Wondering if I should go TWM or kartboy? The ball bearings on the TWM seem like a smoother shift.
Thanks for your input!

His boots look so nice. I PMd him about getting one. Mmm... knobs...

yeah the shaundarbie boot was one of my best purchases when I had it. I went with the flat black vinyl with red stitching and it changed look of my setup (KB ss/TeamVoodoo knob) completely. I miss having a nice shifter setup :(

does shaundarbie do custom boots? I need a black one with pink stitching. Heh. O and does anyone know the best site to pick up a kartboy ss? I was thinking of picking up one this week.

You can get the KARTBOY shifter locally from Ben & Dale at APEX Mototsports of Tempe. http://www.apexr1.com/
