I'm working on getting discounted rates at the hilton next door. It looks like they reduced their rates from last year. Normally it was $190ish not is's about $150. I'llkeep you guys posted

hey storm just to let you know, last year they charged $132 for the OCC Mazda Meet people (just checked my bill from last year).. just to give you a base number to go off of during your talks with them

Yup, just registered as well, thing is I might come with more ppl then I put down or less ppl, its job related thing for my friends.
Hopefully I'll be able to fix all those little things that keep showing up here and there and I'll be there by 10am.

I posted this on the NEPOC forum and in the other OCC thread but....
Ok guys, Here is the deal! I put my name in for this....There is a HUGE Mazda flag, like the new ones in the commercials, and I am going to get it first, well, second. One group has already gotten it. Here is the scoop, I will bring it to the OCC meet and Everyone there will be able to come by, sign it and the we will take a HUGE group Photo in front of the OCC building and I will post it. Then I will pass it on to the next guy on the list. It is going all over the country, maybe even international! I hope all my NEPOC family will join in this great event! I am getting the flag somtime around the 2nd or 3rd. After us it's going to the Epic East Coast Mazda Meet with ScratchnSniff!

So....just got confirmed for the 4th and 5th off for this!!! if I didnt get the 4th off I would have been coming there straight from work, which would have sucked big time...Working overnight and then driving from work at 7am 4hrs to OCC......This way I can caravan with whoever on the way there. May have the wife drive so I can get some rolling shots!

There are plenty of places you can wash.
Newburgh Autospa 86 Route 17K, Newburgh, NY is 1/8 mile from OCC and is giving 10% off washes Just tell them you're there for the OCC Mazda event. I get my car washed there.
There are also 2 touchless places at a Mobil on rt 300 just north of OCC and a Hess On rt 300 Just south of OCC
There are also a few self washes, Spray BAYS.
Wash N' Glo

928 Little Britain Rd, New Windsor, NY
This one I recommend because it's got air guns to dry your car off

Storm I actually have to work that Friday now, so I will be leaving my house around 8 should be there around 12 with the flag. What I may do is give the flag to Josh to get it there when everyone rolls in, just make sure when setting up, you leave enough space for a couch to fit on the table, thats how big this thing is!
