Wasn't sure where to ask the question, so I'll try here.

My dilemma is that I have a dashhawk AND a prosport wideband. I bought the wideband a while back before I even thought about the dashhawk.

1. Is there really any benefit to having a wideband considering I can monitor my afr via the dashhawk?
2. Anybody know how accurate the afr is on the dashhawk (I'm using the "Actual AFR" reading under mazda specific PID's)?

I'm assuming the afr reading is accurate since its coming straight from the ECU. This leads me to believe the wideband is not needed. But before I put it up for sale, I want to be sure I won't need it. I do intend on modding more in the future, but likely only with a new TMIC and DP or RP.

Advice???

I think your fine just with the DH, I have been monitoring mine with it and its pretty accurate for the most part, cuz command AFR is pretty close +-14.7 so I think it's safe to say your good even if you sell your wide band. just my 2 cents.

I agree with spdjnke. If the stock wideband O2 sensor is good enough to govern the amount of fuel being injected in to my motor, it's good enough for me.
