Open lugs

Hey guys, I oredered a set of Muteki red closed lug nuts from su and they have been on backorder now. My debate is should i go with open lugs in which they have in stock or continue to wait. Ive searched for images of these open lugs because i dont want the stud sticking way out. These are going on the stock wheels. I was told on the 18th of this month it would be for 10-14 business days if that helps the decision process.

closed lugs > open lugs

i'll just wait on their closed ones.

you gotta consider also (aside from the stud sticking out) that open lugs are much more susceptible to road debris,salt,dirt,snow,etc..etc..
