corksport i believe. they are pricey compared to the ones on ebay, but i believe the one corksport uses is the right quality.

i might be wrong, but it certainly seemed of the same exact quality as the "3" that i removed from the mazdaspeed that came on the car

Not bad. I'm planning on shaving all the badges myself.

Leaves a little more mystery to it when the person getting beat has no idea what just outran them, eh? Other than a Mazda that looks like a girl car, and in my case, has a AUTOBOTS badge right below the MAZDA badge. Oh yeah, baby, Naomi is an Autobot. ;)

in yet another strange move on my end, i decided to deviate once again from the stock aesthetics and removed the moldings. my Si inspired me and i'm glad they come off easily.

How are they held on? 3M tape? I'd like to do the same.

well, i asked the dealership when i bought the car and the parts people were gone. i then asked a friend at a body shop and the blowup shown them to be taped on.

so i decided to try it, i took a hair dryer to the ends and heated the metal up just a hair since it was 45 degs out, put some floss under the end just to break the adhesive and pulled up with my finger nails..

they just came off after that, pretty cleanly too. only one tiny spot of all the pieces left a smidgeon of adhesive which just rolled off. i then washed the spots, rinsed them, dried, polished with griots hand polish, washed again and rinsed. no ill effects.

granted, my car was built in the end of november, so i dunno if a, say, '07 red ms3 would have an issue with color difference, but mine was fine.
