One mean Prot5

I think it improves the ventilation in the cockpit.. reminds me of those WRC cars...
I wonder why Mazda, through its MazdaSpeed branch, does not participate in that Championship.. against the like of WRX, Lancer EVO etc...

umm my question is, is the vent on the top functional? I am thinking it is stick on but that is just me.
also I really like your hood that is friggin sweet.
do you have before and after pics on the hid conversion?

Since the rally cars don't have A/C it's used to keep the driver/cabin cool. I love the look of 323s car, it's so rally :D

And yeah, wtf, we should have a Protege out there in the WRC. I mean, c'mon, Ford's got the Focus and Huyndai's got the Accent.

Until the car is under warranty the roof scoop is a stick-on....

sorry no before after pics of the xenon conversion, but i use 8000K bulbs so there's a noticeable difference...

:)

Careful how much more modding you do to that front lip... starting to resemble a snowmobile. :D I think it looks better without the splitters. Is the lip available through DC-ICE? Love the Evo6 hood too.... how much does it cost to get this stuff painted?

As someone mentioned above, I too am too chicken to start putting decals all over my car. But if I had a real reason, like you said Mazda sponsors you, then I could justify it. Heh... not many people can use Mazda sponsorship as a comeback to those who shun the rally look.

No the lip is not available thru dc-ice. (its a "home-made thingy") Painting of the stuff (two sets of splitters, front lip, roof scoop, hood, grille) cost me around 180 USD (that includes all the work and material).......

and yes local mazda dealership is my sponsor, and that's the reason for the stickers....

just to show the difference between xenon and regular bulbs (actually they are Osram Cool Blue's but still)

You can see that the low beam and spots are xenon converted and the regular high beam is not

hey 323sport.... dont know whats up with your taillight situation but I can make it pretty easy for you. I have a set sitting in a box in the closet. I can send them to you for cash or trade. Let me know but either way you will not have to go without taillights, I already have mine in. Maybe with your blown engine we can talk cams. Just let me know.
