One Brake Light is out

Hey all, recently I have one brake light out on my 2005 Mazda 3i.
Does anyone have a decent wire diagram for the rear tail lights of this car?

It is the driver side brake light.
At the bulb itself I have a black and light blue wire.

What I have done so far:
-Verified bulb worked outside of the car. (Power probe)
-With a test light to the battery (+) I back probed and verified continuity at the black (ground) wire. (Test light lit up)
-Put test light on battery (-) and probed power wire (light blue) while on the brake and light did not light.
Seems like the light blue wire at the connector is not getting any power.

Does anyone know where this wire goes to? (I assume brake switch)
Also are there any factory splices in this wire? If so where can I find them?
Any common brake points in this wire? (TSB)

I would like to try to do this without ripping the car apart if possible.
I know the wire runs from the passanger tail light to rear seat area, down to the rear footwell to the front of the car.

Thanks for the help.
