I know idea's have been thrown around like discounts, raffles, etc... But if it's official then there must've been some kind of agreement.

I got my 3' exhaust done by ProDyno in tempe before they went under new ownership. They did an awesome job!!! It sounds really deep and the mandrell piping looks sick. I bought my HKS muffler separate- so all in all the total price for the exhaust including cat bypass downpipe was like $700. Pretty pricey, but you can't beat going 3' from turbo to muffler with no restrictions.
