OMG Im so mad! Help Please! Need Advice!!!

Okay, so.... I have a HOLE in my bumper. Its parked in the garage for the winter and I think my dad hit it with his four wheeler (it has a plow on the front of it). It looks like one of the corners of the plow went straight through my bumper. Long story short, its going to insurance (def not mine!) and its going to get fixed. I need to know some good shops and or places that would do well with fixing this kind of thing. Im not sure exactly what they're going to have to do to fix it whether it is just fixing the hole and repainting it or replacing the whole bumper. Im not a huge fan of taking my car to the dealershit, so any suggestions from those of you that have had repaint and/or fix jobs done, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!!

hey i also had buddy club on my msp, cuz stock replacement are too much for me. the kit turn out pretty nice after all i like it.

ah okay... lol... well not too worried about price since it will be an insurance claim. but its definately something for me to consider. i have no clue what i am going to do yet. not in a hurry either since we got all this snow

if it's insurance money, then just get a stock replacement bumper. Not sure if they want to fix that

Looks like that will need to be replaced. If Ins is covering, I'd just go get a stock replacement one from the dealership and have them do it.

Yea, I checked out the body kit Ben mentioned... not a huge fan, I would rather just have my stock bumper. What dealership would you reccomend? Luther has been okay in the past, any others?

Luther was good to me, I like Walser too, but that would be a haul for you.

all of my accidents have been handled at Golden Valley saturn, its called boulivard collision and they do good work at decent price. I'd call a few yards to see if you can find a 02-03 protege bumper, you could even get a P5 bumper for yours if you're lucky you can find a black one (if the color is the same as the msp) good luck ash.

The P5 bumper is different it won't fit our msp and the regular pros....its much shorter. and the shape is alittle different

yea i want a msp bumber. i am thinking though about getting the 03.5 one as it is has a little bit of a different shape.

Just don't got to Maaco. Abra is decent. The dealership will do a good job with body work. Should be a fairly easy job just putting on a new bumper.

lol... k. Yea, I think Im just going to go to the dealership. I actually got a reference for someone at Walser so Im going to give them a call and see what the scoop is. I'm going to check into getting my back door repainted too since its going to be in there anyways.

actually the rear bumper on the 03.5 is the same as the 03 bumper...the lower lip is whats different and they are a separate piece ..^_^ but not to go off topic...but ashley do you know a guy name chris that use to go to north high school in st paul? he's asian...cuz he's my cousin..and he said he knows you LOL...
