Old on Forums, MX-5 newb suspension questions

Hey folks, Used to be on here a lot as a Protege5 owner but not in a while. I've searched but can't find this specific problem.

Picked up an '09 Touring MX-5 a couple of weeks ago with the Suspension Package and the OEM 17 inch rims and Bridegestones. Tire pressures are at factory spec 29psi. It seems WAY harsh to me and I'm wondering if I'm just getting old, or if something is actually wrong with my set up. It's at the dealer right now but I figured I'd ask you guys cause there's generally more knowledge here than at a dealer!

I'm not expecting it to ride like an Oldmsobile. I've had sports cars before. But I have an almost constant vibration/shudder/thrum through the front end. It's worse at high speeds and on bad pavement, but even at low speeds on normal neighborhood streets there is movement.

I can't really give a great description but let me just say that the windshield mounted rear view mirror is almost never totally still. The mirror is moving/vibrating/shaking or whatever, virtually constantly. I can't believe this is normal and people accept it as a compromise as part of the Miata experience.

Ideas? Solutions? Thanks for whatever you can throw at me.

i'm a Pro5 convert as well, but, i went old school with a 90.

But, you bought yours new and it vibes like that?

I dunno. I say go testdrive another on their lot to see if it does it as well. If not, then something's up
