Ok, SOMEBODY give me a hint with these Spool springs ...

Sorry for the Delay guys,
You can give us a call .......and no not at 10pm on a staurday after hours and I will return your messages. We just had an open house and have been very busy with it. This week we finished prototyping our MSP car.....so things have been crazy.

Well here is the Skinny
I just spoke to the manufacturer and this is what finally will be done. After talking for a bit I just told them that it would be stupid for them to have everybody send the springs back. So what will be done is that we will get all 10 sets of rears in and just send them out to those with the defective rears. You can keep the rears now and do as you wish. I am expecting them next friday. Again I apologize for the hold uyp but I am pushing as well for all of this to get expedited.

As for me not being online I was off for 2 weeks because I was very busy with open house prep, back orders and protoing of the MSP. Unfortunatly I cannot be on the forum all the time. And the best way is to get ahold of me via phone or email. I have responded to everybody's PM's

Are 10 sets going to cover it?? It sounds like there are a lot more than 10 people that posted their names complaining that their springs were made wrong. All I know is one of those better be mine. You've seen the pics, and you know mine are F'd up...

My girlfriend's Spool springs (she bought them about 6 months ago and we finally had them installed this week) are exactly like you guys are saying. The sit great in the front, but the back is exactly, if not higher than her stock springs. I called and spoke to Terry yesterday at Spool and he said he'd get back to me about it and he said they might be defective. Please add Lindsey Back to you name list for new rear springs. Thanks Terry...

I researched this your springs are not defective. The last batch that went out were not any earlier versions were ever defective. Your springs fit perfectly to. You will need to have the rear settle in for a few weeks.

This is true, took mine at least a month to settle. I had left my car loaded with heavy stuff for about a week and this helped.
