Oil Question

I know someone else posted this somewhere but search for over 10 minutes and couldnt find it. Anyhow they stated they had the smoking problem and checked the oil the dealerships had put in and it was 5W-20. Only problem is the manual calls for 5W-30. Anyone know enough to know if this would actually cause a problem with the pcv seals or would the problem still be there and the 5W-30 just not be able to get inside the turbo to burn off?

did you see if it has enough oil?
it DOES need 5W30
