Yep thats it. There is a spot in the oil pan where u can screw a bolt into it that helps push the pan off. I believe the spot has a small nut welded to it near the bolt holes. Also if using a screw driver or pry bar, wrap the tip with electrical tape so you do not scratch anything. Also pry evenly at all corners so pan is not bent.
