Drove my MS3 off the lot yesterday with 10 miles on it(dance). Incredible car, can't wait to really learn FWD, I've been driving rear and AWD for a while.

Got my MS3 MicaBlack in Feb...got my first oil Chane and it was like changing a diaper....it wanted to jsut get up N RUN !! No Mods as of yet...One question for all though....tell me if I am wrong but are these cars numbered ?I was told by one dealer that only 5000 are made per year ???

the original idea was 2500 a year in the US. Sales dictated more so more were built. 08 they said only 5000 but are now over stocked. You shouldnt even have been able to get one this late. I had to order mine last year and waited 5 months for it. Now you drive in to any Mazda dealership and pick one out. I doubt they are numbered now.

Did the dealership tell you that? You could verify that. If that is true it is pretty cool. Not going to see many then. One of the reasons I got an MS3. I hate seeing the same car I drive all over the place.

Dealers make s*** up which is meh, whatever. But I heard from a few people the same thing.

Bought a True Red Speed 3 a month ago. Wow, it is a blast! Best drive so far was Ortega Hwy on an early Saturday morning... almost no traffic. Anyway, it is cool to see so many other people enjoying life in a Speed3.

Anyone heard of the Tail of the Dragon in Deals Gap Tenessee? There are 318 curves in 11 miles. It is insane. Anyway, heading that way June 6-8 for some serious driving in my 08 ms3. Anyone looking to really drive there MS3 this is the area. There are better than a 1000 miles of roads just like this all over that area that are phenominal!

I've done multiple runs of The Dragon in my Miata. Even made a cool movie with a video camera mounted on the rollbar.
It should be fun in the MS3 having so much available torque to exit turns.

Cherohala Skyway and the road to Fontana Dam are nice too.

Jordan, I'm in Tacoma as well. I have a totally stock Mica Black 2008 MS3. I am national guard and only have like a month left here in Wa.....Woldnt mind meeting up with ya N seeing your work.
