here are mine, feel free to post any you have from your time over there other service members!

Due to a lot of people wishing me to re-post pictures of my time in Kuwait/Iraq during Iraqi Freedom, and a lot of members joining since the last time I had the thread up, and the fact that the old pictures are gone off the old server I had them on, and me getting sick of all the anti-war s*** being posted, here we go

Feel free to ask questions cause I love to talk about the military. If you have a problem with the war, the army, etc, take your bitching elsewhere or make some other dumb argument about war crimes in the dumpster section.

Here we have 1-377 Field Artillery practicing loading the Howitzer artillery piece.

Here is my First Sergeant with one of the gold-plated MP5 submachine guns we found at the Beast, a palace full of weapons in downtown Baghdad.

This was one of the really sweet letters we had from little kids. Their mom was a flight attendant and their elementary school made enough to be on every door, seat, and other things inside our 757-200 on the flight over.

Im not sure what they played in this stadium, but I think they murdered the teams if they lost.

This is Taji, where all the violence has been near lately. There was a 20,000lb bomb near us, which is why we are in a box formation, in case it blew up we used the vehicles as protection. Its so grainy due to the one of the worst sandstorms ever.

those are some nice pics. man you get to handle some cool ass guns. the coolest gun i ever had was a russian sks with bayonet. nothing what you can get your hands on.

well lets see...ive fired the M2 (.50 caliber machine gun), M16a2 (of course), M4 carbine, M9 pistol (just a berreta), Mk19 (belt fed automatic grenade launcher), AK47, Drugnov sniper rifle, MP5SD, MP5-N, and now that im the ammunition section chief, the M249 (automatic rifle, commonly mis-called the SAW).

so yea, the army is fun!

wow, nice pics. And dayum, those were some nice looking gold platted fire arms. They could've gotten you a pretty penny if you hada been allowed to take them.

i am sure the army can be fun but it's not for me. i just want to shoot the guns. i like going to shooting range . the only guns i shot were a 22 cal. 9mm, 45, 44 hand guns.

Looks like an Akita, what happened to it?

well it hung around for most of the time we were there, but we had to let it go when we left :( if you love dogs, you could start an animal rescue league there...there was so many wild dogs running around :(
