official all season mats or third party?

I have weather tech mats in all 4 of my cars, and will get them again in the speed3.
They are great, and you can't beat them being dished. Hold all the water, and will not distroy you carpet.

I'm really happy with my OEMs. As long as you're not tracking assloads of snow in on your shoes (i.e., as long as you knock your feet before entering) they do a satisfactory job of keeping the carpet very clean.
How did they fit in your car (aka how much trimming?) I assume your talking about the mazda3 for atleast oneof them?
Weather here in Canada can be really bad in the winter. The spring is really slushly and lots of salt and sand from the roads to track into the car
(so far not this year).
My biggest concern will be the fit though, even the manufactorer (weathertech) didn't sound too confident about how much needed to be trimmed. The driver side looks like it should be good, but the passenger vs pics of the official mats terrifies me a bit
My car is in the shop, and wished I had made a template of the passenger side before it went in.

I got the Weathertech Floor Liners, which I custom ordered from Autoanything. They stock them now due to my order. I had to wait two weeks but you all should get them really fast.
They are super nice, especially the one-piece rear. It covers absolutely everything in the rear, even the hump. The fronts have super high side walls to hold all liquids and the driver side has a tiny hole for the factory floor hook. Only complaint I have is that the driver side mat should go back a little further to cover the entire dead plate area. I plan on getting some aftermarket pedals though. Oh, and these things cost some serious dough.
I finally got my camera back so I should be able to post some pics this weekend. Weathertech FTW! (breakn)

When I bought my car last Jan. I also bought the mazda all weather mats. Later that day. When I hit the gas, the pedal stuck under the mat. Almost rammed the car in front of me, as you all know, our car launches pretty good in second. I went back to the dealer and they said that they had just left a message on my home phone. The mats were recalled. OEM now.

I don't have my speed yet.
I have them in our Pilot, Olds, Eclipse GT, and POS jeep since they came with it.
They fit great. They are the best I have ever seen, and fit better than stock when it comes to the honda.
I will take some pics this week of the honda if you like.

Not a speed, but I have the all-weather mats...
After nearly 18 months, I'd have to say that they aren't exactly durable. The rest of the mat is fine, but where I pivot my heel between gas & clutch is worn to the point of puncture...

I got mine off ebay for about $60 and they are good and durable with grooves to catch water.

I've ben thinking about getting winter mats. Maybe even another set of OEM ones just to be able to keep salt and junk off my good ones.

I give the rear an A+ for its total coverage of the carpet. The fronts I give a B+ because the driver side does not cover the entire carpeted dead plate. I'll have to buy a pedal kit now.

not sure what you mean. The car is galaxy gray and the mats are black to match the carpet.
