yea lisa all the mods have rights to only their sections. But the point that dan made is that the admins and mods should work together and do so in a admin/mod section. This way the board is modded per the way the admins want it. Hell I dont even have the title of mod on this board. I sent a pm but I havent gotten a response. Guess it was to meaningless for a reply or whatever. Look at like this: Say you're Dan and you edit or delete something in the racing section. The user then pm/emails the board admins about Dan abusing his permissions on the board. By having a section for just the mods and admins so they can talk about things like this and what actions need to be taken. The end result is the mods moderate the board in the admins intent in mind all times. Any problems arise, they would be talked about how to handle them in mod/admin section.

Now...not all Mods have active forums...but ALL Mods should be pulling their weight and making a positive difference...contributing something to the community. We have over 40 Mods but it's safe to say most DON'T show up on radar. It makes a HUGE difference when you have Mods who actually suggest new ideas and put time/effort into improving the community...Those are the ones we NEED!

Time to open up some Mod positions

OK guys...I'll address your questions and pm's soon...and FYI there is a MOD/ADMIN forum but some of you may have not had access switched on...simply because whoever hooked you up...FORGOT...and the same goes with the Mod title...BUT don't worry...I'll get all that sorted...We can't have the right Mods if we don't keep everything else on track!
