how much is it to buy a second hand turbo kit straight off a turbo protege? We don't have a turbo version in Manila. I still wanna go for OEM specs rather than experiment. Thanks!

It varies, but in the long run it'll cost about the same to do a custom built kit yourself.

Plus, you'll get better results from builting one yourself or buying a kit, for roughly the same area of money.

my friend did his for roughly about $4500-5000 coz the shop experimented on his car, but they got 348 WHP out of it. That's too much for me though. (both power and price)

does your FS-DE have 9.1:1 compression or 9.7:1? DO check before you think about putting a turbo on because the 9.7 ones are out there

There are some parts that you could get used, but others which you should buy new. Parts that I can think of that you could get used and save on are:
CAI, manifold (stock or aftermarket), FMIC, BOV, turbo, gauges...there are surely others which turbo guys on here could chime on in.
