Hey you 3 lucky bastards! Digi168, Gyrospeed, and Dpmmsp!

How many clicks were on the car when you pick it up?!

This morning the car I went to see the car. It was up on the lift having the inspection done. This is one of the reasons I recommend Avante......
I didn't even have to ask..... Eddie and the mechanic (sounds like a band) lowered the car, moved the arms out from under it, and rolled it back just so I could get in and turn on the engine. .... can you believe they had taken out most of the fuses so I still haven't heard OR SEEN the radio(argh) .... the car was almost worn out ..... 17km.(drinks)

Anything below 20km for a brand new car is good to me..
even though, with 20 kms they could have driven the hell out of it around the block....

The night I first saw mine it had12 kms. The next day when i picked it up it had 15 kms cause the had to get it detailed from somewhere else.

Man, those are pretty low numbers surprisingly!

You're right, dpmmsp. Avante Mazda seems pretty good as they did get voted Best Service in Canada last year or something like that.

While it's not an MSP, My P5 had 5 miles on it when it got to the original dealer's lot. After the dealer trade to get it to my local dealer, it had 77 miles on it. The 72 additiional miles was the distance between the two dearlers. Jim

Yep, I showed up at signature and the GM who is a friend of mine said you want to go to port and get your car, I was like of course, port is only a couple of clicks from the dealership.

How did you know that?

I've heard the term CLICK before, but no one has ever told me how far a click it. Please explain.

Someone mentioned it on this board though I can't remember who.

That gotta be a record! The lowest mileage on a new car that wasn't driven by the owner. And that's a very good peace of mind to have for sure.

I'm making the same request to my broker actually.

well when i first got my mp3 last year from the dealer all it had was 2 miles on it i had asked the dealer and he said that they rather tow the cars than drive it, something to do w/ being professional... i dont know?

Normally they would truck them, but with all the road testing that they have had to do with the MSP, I would be surprized if you got a new one with less than 5 miles on it.
