My car (01 protege ES) makes a loud quick belt chirp/sqeak type sound when I first move the car after turning it on, it will only do it once and won't do it again until I turn the car off and back on. It makes this noise every time I start the car, it makes it as soon as the car rolls at about 5km/h. Doesn't matter if the car is in neutral rolling down a hill, letting the clutch out in 1st, 2nd, or reverse. And the engine doesn't even have to be on, it still does it if the ignition is on and just rolling. It sounds like its coming from the driver's side of the engine bay. I have checked the alternator and the other belt and they are NOT what's making the sound. My best guess would be something brake related but I don't know. Any help would be appreciated
