October 17 - Winking Lizard - Macedonia

Hey everyone, we're planning a get together at the Macedonia Winking Lizard. The tentative plans are October 17 @ 3pm. If there are any other thoughts to this, please speak up. This could happen on the 18th (Sunday) instead if there are far too many conflicts to have a good turnout.

That's a good time. Before the dinner rush so should be ample parking. Could even do it right across the street in front of Burlington. From what I remember that lot is normally half empty and just a walk across the street to the Lizard.

Good point. We used to park across the street when we frequented the Lakewood Lizard with the Cleveland 6 Club.

There is also parking in there rear as well. See you guys next Saturday. Once we have a decent size headcount, I will contact the manager and let them know how many we have coming out, so they set aside some space.

Only thing that would delay me would be if work called me in for a service call. I would still make the trip up after.

Typically when a few of us go to the Lizard just to hang out and have a few beers, we are there for... well... long enough to rack up a sizable beer bill. I remember going to the one in Bedford on a Saturday at like 11 in the morning and didn't leave until 4 or 5ish. I was a bit... umm... not-sober.

It still drives me nuts that I move all the way to Columbus, and the people I meet to hang out with, hang out in the same cities I lived in up north. Grew up in Bedford, was living in Macedonia.. damn you life and your ironies!! (yupnope)
