Octane boosts?

I'm a total car noob so I know nothing about these.
However a local shop closed and I bought 11 of these things for $.50 each, Seemed like a good deal because they were priced at $9.98
Anyhow how should they work?

Anyone ever use it before?

Generally octane boosters only increase the rating of a full tank of gas by 0.2 to 0.3 of a point per container. This stuff must raise the octane level quite a lot. Several points. Could be fun, but I wouldn't put anything in my tank that doesn't come out of the tanks of a brand name gas station.

this will eat up your gas so quick. my cousin used it and he said his gas went down very very fast. i have a small one too but dont plan on using it, i like to have a lot of gas in my tank

Eh, I'm gonna try one, If I notice any difference I might keep some. But I plan on selling them for 2-3 bucks a pop and make a little profit

you see i have the oposite thing going on wih my 3000gt. when i put regular gas in the tank i burn it so quickly but it'll run great on super and will get better gas milage. thats just my experience tho so i don't know if it's going to be different for other cars. also i have a v-6 and you guys are running 4 cyl. so im not sure if that matters.
