Has anyone tryed the OBX manifold for the mazda protege's they are really enexpensive and i was woundering if they are good or no good being they are so cheap. they are made out of the 304 stainless steel check them out on ebay. let me know what you think. or if anyone has had experience with the let me know thanks

i h eard they will crack, its a 400.00 turbo mani. inexpensive and quality never mix well

they are 185 on ebay all day but i was kinda thinking that they might crack or somthing because they are so cheap

what turbo manifold would you guys recommend that would give better flow.. thanks because i was looking to change my turbo and upgrade the internals to t-28 internals now i heard that from a friend is that possible? thanks appreciate all the help

I'm assuming you own the MSP?? There are no aftermarket manifold offered for the MSP as of this moment. The stock MSP manifold is not bad at all. Although it does tend to crack after a while. You can change the compressor of the turbo to a larger one with a larger wheel. I'm not 100% sure of the specifics though.

Terbow beat me to it hehe

that sucks..... yeah i wanted to upgrade the wheel but not sure if any t-28 will do the trick... but thanks for the info...

No problem. If you do a search here you'll come up with a lot of info on the possible upgrade for the stock turbo.

Hey Rob come over and help me swap my other kit in I can get one made from the stock manifold. Tubular they just need to know where it is that the turbo sits you know make a jig from it to make a manifold. I'm going over to the t3 style turbo because of that, there are way more options in turbos in a t3 style than what we have available and at a lower cost.

wasn't DC sports supposed to be making one for the msp

I'm pretty sure that's never going to happen.....

Anyone would be a fool to buy an OBX turbo header by the way.

cant really say cause theres so many configurations of t3's, youd have to compare a specific model.
