No mod required to the header...you dont have to do any mod period if you get the MIL eliminator for the second O2..(I think I will just have a second O2 bung welded in after the second cat as I would like to keep one cat in place for emissions)

That looks nice...is it chromed or stainless....it doesnt look liek mild steel...if so that will last. Also to clarify about the OBX header. generally when headers are cheap they dont last...Often times 1-2 years @ most. But the aforemntioned header looks very nice...hmmmm how much 220.....i might also be interested.
