you can sell anything you want on ebay. it is being sold as an "as is" part. if it doesnt live up to its claims then, too bad, you bought it "as is". Now if they were selling it on say TV via commercial then yes it would be claimed as false advertisement because they would need any sort of proof to back up their claims. or else someone could easily sue them for false advertising because their part did not produce the expected results.

Oh, im pretty sure they are just a stupid little relay that sends a message to the ECU that it is bringing in way cold air and the ECU adjusts the AFR which kinda gives a tad bit of HP but not 275. 260 yes lol jk

i think its just a resistor that make the ecu think there is more air entering the engine like you said. So that means the engine is pushing more gas thus you are running more rich and having a WORST mpg.

knew a kid who had one in his like 98 neon...with that, CAI, header, and exhaust, i still beat him in my constant 17.4 1/4mile focus lol. he def did not have the extra 275hp
