Hey guys, new here, glad to have found this forum! What a great source of info and inspiration! Bought my Black 2011 MZ2 Sport last october for my first new car, absolutely love it! She just crossed over 13,5XX miles on the way home from work today. Im a Collision Repair Tech and huge Mazda fan, the 2 is my 4th Mazda. So far I have added the CS stubby antenna and Short Ram intake, pulled the ugly hubcaps and painted the stock steels white for a change. I love the intake, was a bit of a wait but worth it, nice change in sound, throttle response, and a little more umph. Plans for the future are a Racing Beat muffler, some better spings to bring it down a little lower, front sway bar, rear torsion bar, wheels, tires, etc... Make it more fun as a dd and faster on the auto-x course.

Not sure if I dig the white steelies, but as long as you like it. I bought my 2 on Sunday. LOVE IT!

Thats why I did it, have yet to see another 2 or any car around here with white steelies. Bought my 2 at Paar Ford Mazda, great place. So far I have no complaints with the car, other than the terrible tires they come with. Love how planted it is even in stock trim.

I like the white steelies a lot, actually. Throw some big mud flaps on it and your 2 would look like a rally car.

I'm not a fan of the whole "well I did it because I wanted to be different" car mod philosophy (in general, not specifically about you), but the white wheels look great regardless. Very rally-like.

Yeah there is a very fine line there between being unique and just trashing the look of the car. The wheels definatly wont appeal to everybody, but some (myself included) like it. Thanks for the compliments guys.

Got some more miles with the CS intake, it really is a nice mod for the car, highly reccomend it!
