i dont understand why you just wouldnt raise the car it a little bit. i know it wont look as good as it does lowered all the way, but you have to sacrifice a little height or suffer the wrath of american roadways. its just isnt practical to have a lip and be completely lowered on coilovers

the costs of fixing that lip professionally will far exceed the value of it. good choice on ditchin it... try to be more careful next time, either that or dont do these kinds of mods to your daily driver

The reason i won't rasie it, not even a little is because i truly hate the fender gap. That's the reason I switched from my Eibach's to the Ground Controls.

Yeah there was a guy with a authentic lip that hit a snow block or something and shattered his lip. I have a real lip too and I hit my lip against ground. Cracked it in 2 places, but it didn't break apart. But it's all fixed now

similar problem with my frnds Si.....we shaved it and sanded a whole lot some bondo and paint and time....looked good as new

urethane can break just as easily. my friend had the real Autoexe lip. cracked the corner coming off his driveway. repaired it and put it back on. a few days later, it was shattered into pieces when he rolled over something on the highway. he had the lip for less than 2 weeks.

then continue to crack your lip because there is nothing else we can say. it sucks really bad, but if you dont do anything to prevent it, it will continue to be an issue. sorry about it........
