First off big thanks to DarkSpeed3 for writing his tutorial on painting the headlight housings.


Gottta say it's much harder then it looked. . but i love the way it came out. took me about 2.5 hours to get the lens off. (using a heat gun and a butter knife), then paint and reassembly took about 6 hours ( including the 1.5 hours for the paint to dry to touch.)
i took my time with the whole project, i think anyone else can do this in a much shorter time frame.

I like it on the black. I personally wouldn't spend the time on it but kudos to you. I am just after quality speed.

i did mine in about 2.5 hours total. took maybe 30 min to pull the covers off the headlight. also not my first time doing this to a vehicle but on just about every vehicle i have owned i do this manly to get ride of the fugly orange crap.
